User Engagement Specialist - W/M/NB

Over the last few years, we’ve built the foundations of a powerful lifecycle platform with Braze, event tracking and a clear lifecycle strategy. We’re now looking for someone who can turn these foundations into impactful user experiences.

As our User Engagement Specialist , you’ll work closely with the User Engagement Product Manager. You will own the execution and continuous optimization of lifecycle initiatives that improve activation, retention and long-term engagement.

  • Campaign execution: Build, launch and maintain user engagement campaigns across multiple channels (push notifications, email, in-app messages, SMS and WhatsApp), ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Lifecycle optimization: Continuously improve lifecycle journeys by identifying friction points, proposing optimizations and iterating based on user behaviour and business impact.
  • Segmentation & personalization: Build user segments and personalized experiences using behavioural data to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time.
  • Experimentation: Design, execute and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement and retention throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Quality & operations: Ensure campaigns are thoroughly tested before launch, monitor their execution and maintain high operational standards across our lifecycle platform.
  • Performance monitoring: Track campaign performance, monitor lifecycle KPIs and share actionable insights with Product and Growth teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts and User Support to continuously improve the user experience and ensure lifecycle initiatives support company objectives.
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our lifecycle capabilities by improving processes, documentation, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
  • You speak both English and French fluently.
  • You have 2–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth operations or user engagement.
  • You have hands‑on experience with Braze or another customer engagement platform (Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • You are organised, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
  • You enjoy building operational excellence while keeping users at the centre of your work.
  • You are analytical and comfortable measuring the impact of your work.
  • You enjoy experimenting and continuously improving what you build.
  • You are curious about AI tools and excited to use them to increase your productivity and improve workflows.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams is a strong plus.
