Remote CRM & Lifecycle Lead: AI-Driven Growth

Joko is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email. You will own onboarding, retention, and activation campaigns, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Brand teams to maximize user LTV.

You will lead cross-channel journeys, implement AI-enhanced personalization, and continuously run experiments to improve performance, with a strong emphasis on being user-centric and data-driven.
