AI-Driven CRM & Lifecycle Manager

Joko is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email, from onboarding to reactivation. You will own the strategy, collaborate with Product, Data, and Brand, and drive activation and long-term engagement at scale.

You have 5+ years in B2C CRM, are hands-on with Braze/Iterable/Customer.io, and excel at data-driven segmentation, experimentation, and AI-powered optimization to boost lifetime value.
