Relationship Manager

We are expanding our presence in France and are currently looking for a Relationship Manager in Paris to work with French-speaking retail clients.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our French-speaking clients, providing high-quality service and helping them get the most from Freedom24 investment platform. You'll be part of a growing and ambitious team with real opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for French-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries;
- Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls;
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction;
- Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance;
- Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service;
- Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role;
- Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Candidates with strong Customer Support experience in investment-related topics are welcome;
- Fluent French to communicate with local clients;
- Fluent English for internal communication;
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
