Team / Division Overview
Xtrackers ETF sales Team / CCD France
Your responsibilities
As an ETF Sales Specialist within the Xtrackers CCD France team, you will contribute to accelerating our growth across key French client segments. You will develop and execute a targeted commercial strategy focused on digital distributors, insurance platforms, private banks, family offices, IFAs, fund selectors and institutional allocators. You will proactively identify opportunities across both wholesale and institutional channels, positioning Xtrackers’ ETF range to drive market penetration and net new assets.
As our Xtrackers ETF salesperson for France, you will
Develop and grow relationships across key French client segments (digital platforms, insurers, private banks, fund selectors, asset allocators and institutionnals).
Promote the full Xtrackers ETF range and identify product placement opportunities in model portfolios, UL platforms and advisory lists.
Execute a structured commercial plan to meet annual NNA targets and expand market penetration.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and follow‑up with strong coordination across internal teams.
Deliver client education and market insights to position Xtrackers as a trusted ETF partner.
Represent Xtrackers at client meetings and industry events while maintaining rigorous CRM and pipeline reporting.
We are looking for
Strong understanding of ETFs, financial markets and investment products, developed within an asset manager, bank or broker. Proven track record in business development / client facing (5–10 years’ sales experience).
Confirmed commercial drive and ability to grow professional client relationships. Ability to call cold and prospect new clients.
Clear, concise and persuasive communication skills across a range of professional investor profiles.
High level of autonomy, organization and CRM discipline in managing a diverse client base.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills when working with product, marketing and client‑service teams.
