About The Role

Directly sell enterprise security software solutions across CrowdStrike’s product portfolio and drive incremental revenue with new customers, primarily through flexible and scalable licensing models. This field sales role is responsible for planning, prospecting, qualifying, and closing revenue on new business accounts. Additionally, you will develop post‑close relationships within newly won accounts during the initial months, partnering with internal stakeholders for onboarding, accelerated adoption, expansion, and draw‑down of flexible licensing models. You will collaborate with teams including Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel/Alliances, Finance, and Customer Support, as well as external partners such as Alliance and Channel Partners.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Paris, France.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers, primarily using flexible and scalable licensing models (e.g., Falcon Flex).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, identifying core customer requirements and mapping CrowdStrike solution benefits to business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated product adoption, expansion, and transition of accounts after the initial months to account managers focused on renewal.
  • Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/marketing software, including names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, and firm commitments.
  • Accountable for accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue delivery, and implementation of agreed account and business plans.
  • Promote CrowdStrike’s products, maximize brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, and publicize success stories.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvement.
  • Work primarily in the field away from the office to accomplish duties.
  • Demonstrate expert‑level knowledge of selling CrowdStrike’s products and services.
  • Handle large, complex accounts with higher quotas, selling to executive‑level decision makers up to C‑level.

What You’ll Need

  • Expert‑level experience and the ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively using professional concepts and company objectives.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision‑making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
  • Expert‑level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all customer engagement levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the business and technical context of key account opportunities.
  • A self‑motivated, driven, and leadership‑oriented attitude that inspires others.
  • Strong consultative effectiveness and ability to establish trust with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle for security software solutions, including business value concepts and CrowdStrike’s products.

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
