Regional Sales Manager – Earthmoving Equipment (m/f/x), France

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand XCMG Earthmoving Equipment sales across France
• Build and manage a high-performing dealer network
• Acquire and grow rental company partnerships nationwide
• Develop and manage key accounts
• Achieve annual sales and market share targets
• Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback
• Coordinate pricing and product improvements with HQ in China

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years construction machinery sales experience in France
• Strong knowledge of French market
• Proven track record in Earthmoving Equipment sales
• Experience with dealers and rental companies
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Autonomous, field-oriented, result-driven mindset
• Fluent French and professional English required for daily communication
