Regional Performance & Operations Lead

You will own the performance of a defined geography end-to-end. Your job is to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where the levers are - by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insight from regular conversations with the photographers on the ground - then act on it.

You’ll build the analyses, run the field conversations, diagnose the gaps, drive the corrective actions, and present your region’s performance to KAMs and leadership each week. The photographer network in your geography is the operational backbone you’ll work through: managing it well is how you translate your analysis into results.

Full-time role high-ownership, analytical, and execution-heavy role in a company that moves quickly and expects the same from its people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional performance ownership: own the KPIs of your geography (conversion, activity, coverage, retention, supply health). Build your own views in the data, diagnose gaps and bottlenecks, design and execute corrective actions, and measure the impact.
  • Reporting & stakeholder management: lead weekly performance reviews with KAMs and leadership. Come with a clear point of view supported by numbers - what happened, why, what you’re doing about it, and what comes next.
  • Supply & coverage strategy: monitor supply and demand, anticipate coverage risks, secure mission coverage, and run sourcing for underserved zones (referrals, LinkedIn, outreach).
  • Photographer network management: onboarding, activation, coaching (1:1 and group), engagement, offboarding, and issue handling (no-shows, fraud, misconduct) - prioritized against the KPIs that move your region.
  • Cross-functional & process: partner with Support, Quality, Key Account Managers, and Product. Identify systemic issues, propose fixes, and contribute to operational scaling.

Qualifications

  • Based in Paris (on-site, up to 2 remote days/week)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • 2+ years in a startup, scale-up, or consulting environment, with a clear analytical experience
  • Strong data and operations mindset - comfortable working in the data yourself, building your own analyses, and translating findings into action
  • Proficiency in SQL (or strong working knowledge of LookML)
  • AI fluency - you actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate your analysis and operational work, and you build agents and automations to take repetitive tasks off your plate
  • High autonomy; thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Nice to have: additional language (Spanish, Italian, etc)
