What is the challenge?

As our Regional Marketing Specialist for France , you will bring Peblar’s marketing strategy to life in the French market. Your focus will be on localising campaigns, executing events, supporting our sales teams, and growing brand visibility. You’ll serve as the local extension of the marketing team by collaborating daily with the local sales team and working closely with central marketing to adapt and execute initiatives that resonate in the French market.

This role requires a unique mix of creativity, coordination, and commercial awareness. From managing trade shows and sales tools to creating social content and co‑hosting webinars with our partners. Your work will directly drive awareness, trust, and sales impact in the region.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Sales enablement & ABM support: Collaborate with the local sales team to create or adapt tools that support key opportunities (e.g., business cases, regional one‑pagers, pitch decks).
• Partner collaboration: Initiate and manage co‑marketing activities with distributors and backend partners, including regional webinars, testimonials, and shared content initiatives.
• Content localisation & quality control: Ensure all marketing materials used in France are correctly translated, brand‑aligned, and stored in an organised local content repository.
• Local campaigns & social media: Closely collaborate with the central marketing team to increase Peblar’s visibility in the region through LinkedIn, Instagram, and regional digital campaigns.
• Event coordination & brand activation: Plan and manage local events including trade shows, installer trainings, and distributor‑led events. Handle demos, brand materials, and on‑site coordination, and capture visual content (photos/videos) for further marketing use.
• Media & awareness building: Support localised brand efforts through PR outreach, presence in specialised magazines, online directories, or targeted digital ads.

Profile

• BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C context.
• Native French speaker with excellent English (written and spoken)
• A strong communicator who builds trust and enthusiasm with partners, colleagues, and local stakeholders.
• Proactive and self‑starting: you spot opportunities before they’re handed to you and take pride in owning execution end‑to‑end.
• Structured and organised: you’re able to juggle multiple events, campaigns, and content requests without dropping the ball.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the e‑mobility, sustainability, or energy industries
• Experience using marketing tools like HubSpot or Dynamics
• Visual skills: photography, video editing, Canva, or basic design
