La Marzocco France, based in Paris, supports the French community of coffee professionals, partners and distributors.

This position is for you if:

  • You are willing to travel regularly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Content creation & social media (operational production).
  • Production of photo and video content (shooting, retouching, short-format editing).
  • Creation of visuals and graphic materials suitable for social media and newsletters.
  • Writing captions and editorial content for B2B & B2C.
  • Planning and scheduling publications.
  • Real-time coverage of events (stories, reels, live posts).
  • Adapting and translating international content (English → English).
  • Digital media & website.
  • Regularly updating the website (text, images, news).
  • Creating and updating product data sheets.
  • Developing marketing materials for the sales team (presentations, product documents, sales pitches).
  • Helping to prepare newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Event support & partner coordination.
  • Assistance with the logistical organisation of events (trade shows, workshops, competitions – approximately 15 events per year).
  • Coordination with partners, suppliers and speakers (emails, follow‑ups, reminders).
  • Preparation of visual and communication materials related to events.
  • On‑site presence for photo/video capture and operational support.

Requirements

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing or Digital.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.

Essential Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
  • Strong photography and video editing skills.
  • Excellent writing skills in French.
  • Professional English (ability to translate and adapt content).
  • Good understanding of social media codes (Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Rigorous organisation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Driving licence not required but appreciated.

Personal qualities

  • Attention to detail and visual standards.
  • Autonomy and ability to execute.
  • Ease in professional exchanges (partners, clients, teams).
  • Initiative.
  • An interest in the world of coffee is a plus.
