Responsibilities
- Lead the Regional Marketing Organization.
- Implement the Global marketing strategy locally in the Region / countries and ensure the effective implementation of tactical marketing programs defined by Global Marketing, Global Product management, Global Launch management and Global / CEU T&E.
- Be part of the team of Marketing Managers and work closely with the Global Marketing Management Team as well as the Regional sales organization.
- Responsible for all commercial marketing activities including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational needs and plan, partnering activities, key regional and local symposia.
- Provide strategic market direction and work closely with all functional areas in the Regional Countries and with the Headquarter.
- Provide leadership in product positioning, developing performance expectations, pursuing and monitoring country / RSM / Rep performances as well as monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Develop MQL and SQL for the sales organization and drive the regional PD initiatives.
Qualifications
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Academic degree, ideal Master, in Marketing and Communication
- Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written)
- Excellent product and marketing knowledge
- Strong leadership capabilities
Critical Skills/technical know-how:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
- Ability to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently but still in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, CEU marketing organization, the Regional sales organization as well as the CEU T&E organization
- Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities
Critical Experience:
- At least 5 years experience from practically leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization
- Comprehensive practical experience from working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management
