About the RoleAs Continence Care (CC) Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the French marketing strategy for our Continence Care portfolio—bringing meaningful solutions to healthcare professionals and patients.
Reporting to the CC Commercial Director, you will lead the development and deployment of the French brand plan, aligning global strategy with local market needs. This is a role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving impactful multi-channel campaigns in a highly competitive market.
You'll own brand performance, leverage insights to fuel growth, and inspire a high-performing team. Leading both the Marketing and Direct-to-Consumer teams, you'll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability—helping us raise the bar in delivering exceptional results and developing the team to set them up for success to deliver the ambition.
The successful candidate will be based in Île-de-France.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Shape the Strategy: Develop and implement the annual brand and service marketing plan, blending global direction with local priorities, legal requirements, and budget considerations.
- Drive Execution: Lead robust marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring strong cut-through and measurable impact.
- Launch with Impact: Deliver flawless execution for key product launches, supported by compelling medical education and KOL engagement strategies.
- Lead the Team: Coach and develop a talented marketing team (Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist) and our Direct-to-Consumer advisors, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with global marketing, sales, clinical, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and maximize impact.
- Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Manage Resources: Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring ROI-driven decisions and competitive intelligence to stay ahead in the market
About You:
You are an accomplished marketing leader with over a decade of experience, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. You have a proven ability to turn strategy into actionable plans and deliver results in complex, competitive markets. Digital marketing is second nature to you, and you thrive on leading and developing high-performing teams.

Competencies
- Successful implementation of product/service marketing campaigns that utilize multiple channels – strong knowledge on digital marketing to customers / patients
- Experience in working across functions and collaborating with sales, operations, SFE etc.
- Experience of the selling process in the medical device industry
- Good knowledge of core marketing principles and practices including brand development and positioning, integration of marketing messages with clinical data
- Understanding of the local medical device industry and legal/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of local market/key customer groups and understanding of how to meet customer needs
- Excellent analytical skills demonstrated and strong understanding of the digital footprint including websites, social, community, mobile, email, and paid media
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment which includes interactions with multiple stakeholder groups as well as ability to develop a team culture that leads to ongoing excellence and achievement of goals
- Entrepreneur mindset and are willing to innovate.
- Strong appetite for listening and managing other people and put all plans in place to develop your team, ensure their reach their objectives in an open-minded communication style and process.
- Working knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as CRM, Marketing Automation, and content management system
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- The ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) is essential.
- Master degree in marketing or similar
- Experience in Sales is a strong plus
- Must have a background in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience of delivering projects to tight deadlines
