Regional Key Account Manager

Our client is expanding in Europe and we are looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager to drive business growth in the automotive sector.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include developing sales and acquiring new customers within the automotive supply chain (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2).

Responsibilities

  • Grow applications for modified plastics (PP, PA, PC/ABS and engineering compounds)
  • Build strong relationships with purchasing, engineering and project teams
  • Coordinate internally with R&D, QC, production and supply chain
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing & commercial terms
  • Monitor market trends and raw material price movements
  • Maintain CRM activity and deliver sales forecasts & reports

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales / account management experience in polymer compounding for automotive

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of the automotive supply chain
  • Knowledge of PP, PA6/PA66, PC/ABS (engineering plastics is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, independent, and results-driven
