Responsibilities
Within the Human Resources department of 10 people, you will contribute to the HR strategy by attracting and selecting the desired talents.
Your main missions:
- Analyze recruitment needs with managers.
- Write and distribute job offers internally and externally.
- Search for candidates on job boards, social networks, pools, and other levers.
- Select profiles based on CVs and conduct telephone interviews independently.
- Ensure the follow‑up of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure integration follow‑up of candidates.
- Report regularly on your activity.
As a search manager, you will be at the heart of our company’s growth issues.
Qualifications
- Good analytical and evaluation skills, comfortable with the sourcing process, and successful experience in recruitment (long internship, work‑study, first position, etc.).
- Experience in an ESN is desirable.
- Good level of English.
- Strong interest in understanding the businesses for which you recruit.
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to convince candidates to join us.
