Your missions

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our HR team and meet significant daily staffing needs. You will be at the heart of our HR strategy, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality recruitment.

1 – Recruitment

  • Gather daily staffing requirements from operational managers.
  • Write and post our requirements on job boards and with partner temporary employment agencies.
  • Conduct a large number of interviews every day, selecting the most suitable profiles for the positions to be filled.
  • Organize onboarding and monitor the progress of temporary workers throughout their assignment.
  • Ensure that a pool of qualified candidates is always available.

2 – Relations with temporary employment agencies and local employment stakeholders

  • Work closely with temporary employment agencies (orders, documents, quality feedback, etc.).
  • Actively collaborate with local employment stakeholders (France Travail, RESA, CAP EMPLOI, local missions, etc.) to optimize candidate sourcing.
  • Participate in the evaluation of service providers and the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs, reporting).

3 – Administrative follow-up & time management

  • Enter, check, and approve temporary workers’ timesheets.
  • Ensure data is correctly transferred for billing and payroll purposes.
  • Manage time discrepancies in conjunction with temporary employment agencies.
  • Monitor temporary staff numbers and associated costs on a weekly basis.
  • Administrative management of temporary files (medical examinations, driving permits, electrical certification).
  • Participate in audits.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (2–3 years) in Human Resources or Management.
  • Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in recruitment, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Strong skills in candidate screening and assessment.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to handle a fast‑paced workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (managers, agencies, public institutions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of temporary employment law is a plus.

About the position

  • Position available on a fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract.
  • 38 hours per week.
  • No remote work, no compensatory time off (RTT).
  • On‑site position within a dynamic and dedicated HR team.

Originally specializing in fully baked bread, we have been offering part‑baked bread in protective atmosphere packaging and frozen part‑baked bread since the 1980s. Today, our single production site produces no less than 160,000 tons of bread per year. Our location is 25 minutes from Valenciennes, Avesnes‑sur‑Helpe, and Mons.
