Recruiter - Sales, Service & Delivery (H/F)
What To Expect
The EMEA Recruitment team is seeking a curious, driven Senior Recruiter to support Tesla’s Sales, Service, and Delivery organisation – the backbone of our client‑facing business. In this role, you’ll primarily recruit for core SSD positions, including Service Technicians, Sales Advisors, Service Managers, and Store Managers.
To succeed you’ll need stellar communication skills, innovative thinking, business acumen, and data literacy. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and brings creativity and urgency to every task. When you’re tackling something no one has done before, the old ways often fall short—at Tesla, we expect you to challenge status quo and find new ways to success.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape hiring strategies
- Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Use data‑driven insights to optimise recruitment pipelines and hiring decisions
- Actively source top candidates through multiple channels
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
- Collaborate with other Recruitment and People teams across EMEA
What You’ll Bring
- 360° recruitment experience (agency and/or in‑house)
- Solid experience recruiting Sales, Ops, Logistics, Support, and/or Technical roles within the French market
- Strong skills in sourcing, talent assessment, and offer negotiation
- Proven ability to hire at scale and manage high‑volume recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment
- Data‑driven mindset – experience using insights to enhance recruitment strategies
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both verbal and written
