About The Position

Real Estate Specialist – responsible for supporting the growth strategy of QSRP’s brands, primarily in the franchise sector.

Strategy and Presentation

• Analyze market opportunities for new establishments in France.
• Contribute to setting development goals and ensure their implementation.
• Maintain the schedule of franchise openings in close collaboration with the Works and Operations departments.
• Prepare and present new franchise or store dossiers to the Group Investment Committee.

Search and Negotiation of Locations

• Identify strategic sites based on criteria defined by the brand.
• Collaborate with real‑estate actors such as owners, developers, and local authorities.
• Conduct market studies with franchisees to evaluate commercial potential (catchment area, accessibility, attractiveness, competition).

Accompaniment of Franchisees

• Guide franchisees in lease signing and funding search.
• Initiate and monitor the franchise agreement process.
• Coordinate with Works and Operations services.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Update development tracking indicators and related dashboards.
• Provide regular reports to Management.

What Do You Bring

• Proven experience in developing franchise restaurants.

• Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
