About the Position

The Real Estate Specialist will support our franchise expansion strategy in France, focusing on site selection, negotiation, and the onboarding of franchisees.

Stratégie et Présentation

• Analyse markets to identify new local opportunities for franchise outlets.
• Contribute to set network development goals and ensure their implementation.
• Plan and monitor franchise opening schedules with the Works and Operations teams.
• Prepare and present new franchise or branch dossiers to the Group Investment Committee.

Recherche et négociation des emplacements

• Identify strategic locations based on criteria defined by the brand.
• Collaborate with real‑estate actors (landlords, developers, local authorities).
• Conduct local market studies in partnership with franchisees to assess commercial potential.

Accompagnement des franchises

• Guide franchisees through lease signing and financing search.
• Initiate and monitor the franchise contract signing process.
• Facilitate connections with Works and Operations departments.

Suivi des performances et reporting

• Maintain performance indicators for development projects and update the dedicated tracker.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of franchise law and commercial real estate.
• Proven experience in developing franchise restaurants.
• Recognized cross‑functional managerial skills.
• Positive energy and willingness to think outside the box for the network.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in French, good English (Italian a plus).
