Real Estate Sales Agent – Concierge Services

Responsibilities

• You will become ALB's main point of contact in your area.
• Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations, etc.).
• Management: Run your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
• Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you choose (partial remote work / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your willingness to learn and to do things well.
• Autonomous: You want the freedom to manage your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
