- Business development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations...).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You know how to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other sector—what matters is your willingness to learn and to do a great job.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
