Responsibilities
As the ALB contact person for your area, you will:
- Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
- Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partially remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to everyone: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another field — your willingness to learn and do a good job is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
