Job Description

You join the Operations management, supporting the Client Services and Mutation teams, who are looking for an Accounting Manager for a 1‑year apprenticeship from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the monitoring of Associates' payments:
• Track and update unpaid items in the Management tools;
• Control requests for income regularization;
• Assist in entering subscription requests.

Within the Operations Management, you will be involved in supporting two poles in close collaboration.

For the Mutations pole:

• Block and unlock income in the event of succession;
• Manage the files of abandoned funds;
• Feeding of monitoring tables and control of accounting adjustment requests.

For the Client Services division:

• Participate in the quarterly distribution of revenues and process rejections;
• Participate in the organization of general meetings (ballot papers, convocations,...);
• Participate in the tax campaign;
• Registration of subscription forms on the primary market and contribute to updating the Clients database;
• Awareness of KYC (Know your Customer) and LAB Anti‑Money Laundering standards.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Student at the BAC+2/+3 level, preparing a BTS DSCG diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Management.
• Comfortable with numbers and have initial experience in accounting/management functions.
• Good command of Excel.
• Thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
• Ability to work in a team with an international dimension.
• Good ability to adapt to multidisciplinary tasks and are autonomous.
