Railway Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support a client in managing its railway infrastructure projects
• Lead and support project teams on planning matters
• Develop schedules for design studies, construction works, and commissioning
• Provide expertise, coordination, and continuous improvement of planning practices
• Manage the project portfolio and associated reporting
• Lead and support teams in risk management activities
• Provide methodological expertise for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
• Improve risk management processes and promote best practices among project managers
• Optimize project risk management and reporting
• Develop project management plans
• Prepare and facilitate lessons‑learned sessions
• Participate in the recruitment process, including application review, HR interviews, and technical interviews

Requirements

• Master’s degree (engineering or equivalent), ideally with a specialization in project management or railway infrastructure
• Proven experience managing projects, ideally in the railway or infrastructure sector
• Proficiency in project planning and risk management methodologies
• Familiarity with SNCF Réseau tools is a plus
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and communication skills when working with multidisciplinary teams
• Rigorous, autonomous, and highly organized, with strong reporting skills
• Available from January 2026
