Infrastructure and Architecture Manager

• Define and maintain the Group’s target technical architecture
• Contribute to standardizing infrastructure across the various entities
• Support external growth projects and the integration of newly acquired companies
• Ensure consistency in technical decisions and infrastructure developments
• Oversee the operation of server, storage, backup, and network infrastructure
• Ensure service availability, performance, and resilience
• Manage technical service providers and partners
• Support the infrastructure team in resolving complex incidents
• Contribute to defining and implementing the cybersecurity roadmap
• Strengthen infrastructure and network security levels
• Contribute to compliance with regulatory requirements and Group standards
• Contribute to preparing for NIS2 obligations
• Implement best practices for identity, access, and privilege management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security incident detection and response
• Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
• Develop and monitor action plans
• Identify risks, impacts, and dependencies
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Report to the CIO
• Define and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements (DR/BCP)
• Lead restoration tests and business continuity exercises
• Ensure the quality and reliability of backups
• Support the development of infrastructure and support teams’ skills
• Structure technical documentation
• Establish operational standards and procedures
• Lead data center outsourcing, the migration from Hyper‑V to VMware, cybersecurity enhancements, deployment of an EDR with a managed SOC, backup security, DR/BCP implementation, infrastructure standardization across France, Italy, and Spain, system upgrades, and vulnerability remediation

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Significant experience in multi-site and international environments
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
• Experience in technical architecture
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to challenge service providers and technical decisions
• Broad, enterprise-wide view of information systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams
• Strong interest in AI tools; in‑depth proficiency with several tools is a plus
• Proficiency in or knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, VMware, Synology, Veeam Backup, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Aruba, SD‑WAN, CrowdStrike, managed SOC services, vulnerability management, identity and access management, DR/BCP, backup, and restoration
