R&D Operations Manager — Biotech & Automation

Amatera is building an R&D Operating System to connect company goals, scientific projects, lab work and reporting. You will own and continuously improve this system, working with the CTO and scientists to enable efficient project execution.

The Technical Project Manager will partner with research teams, manage milestones, and implement automation to reduce admin time while preserving knowledge and traceability. This role is based in Evry, France, with hybrid onsite and occasional remote work.
