The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing the site's quality strategy, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all functions. This role plays a critical part in strengthening quality culture, supporting plant performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is located in Anapolis, Brazil

• Lead and implement the plant's quality strategy in alignment with global quality standards
• Ensure full compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements (Brazil, US, EU, pharmacopoeia standards)
• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits, CAPA, deviations, and documentation
• Manage and maintain quality certifications (ISO, Halal, Kosher, etc.)
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities and lead inspections
• Oversee customer quality requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
• Drive a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across the plant
• Lead, coach, and develop QA and QC teams to ensure high performance and engagement
