Role Overview We are looking for a Quality Engineer to strengthen quality assurance activities at our Haugesund manufacturing site. The role is key to ensuring compliant manufacturing and product release operations in accordance with ICH Q7, IPEC-PQG GMP Guidelines, and FSSC 22000. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across site operations. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ICH Q7, IPEC-PQG GMP Guidelines, and FSSC 22000 for all relevant manufacturing and release activities.
- Act as the Quality representative for shop-floor manufacturing, providing day-to-day GMP support.
- Support and/or perform batch record review and product release activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Ensure effective implementation of global quality standards and policies at site level. Manufacturing & Operational Quality Support
- Provide quality oversight of manufacturing operations, including handling of deviations and GMP-related issues in real time.
