Let's talk about your future mission
- Support operational functions to ensure they carry out their activities in compliance with Quality system rules and thus guarantee the conformity of delivered products
- Ensure the processing of internal anomalies detected by operational staff
- Validate personnel qualifications and authorizations
- Disseminate quality policy and fundamentals, quality system procedures, and customer requirements to operational staff
- In conjunction with other actors in the Quality Department, contribute to updating quality system procedures by identifying needs, proposing, and even leading relevant updates
- Lead investigations following major non-quality events (customer complaints, part damage, quality escape, deviations following customer or authority audits)
- Provide methodological support for other investigations conducted by operational staff: securing, root cause analysis, action plan, and implementation of the action plan
- Support and engage operational managers in an improvement approach to achieve quality objectives
- Assist operational staff in preparing for internal Safran, customer, or authority audits
- Develop and implement a surveillance plan to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions
- Propose and lead cross-functional actions involving several operational sectors or departments, benchmark other MRO network shops, propose local improvements to address major or recurring non-quality events
- Facilitate communication and feedback adapted to the activities and organization of the functions you will mirror

- Close collaboration with different operational functions in their steering instances and directly with employees and their operational managers
- Leading cross-functional working groups and Lean-Sigma type improvement projects
- Occasional travel to SAE MRO sites and other Safran sites

- Executive or technician with experience
- Customer focus (internal and end customer)
- Ability to speak and understand English written and oral
- Rigorous and methodical, able to analyze a problem (QQOQCP, 5P, 6M,...)
- Ability to present topics concisely
- Proactive, proposal-driven
- Enjoys teamwork
- A first experience in MRO or Quality Assurance would be a plus
