Public Affairs Manager – EU Policy for Offshore Wind (Maternity)

Skyborn Renewables seeks a Public Affairs Manager to cover maternity leave at our Paris office. You will monitor EU and national policy developments affecting offshore wind and the energy transition, and help shape advocacy strategies.

You will lead preparation of position papers, engage with policymakers and industry stakeholders, and collaborate with Communications to align external messaging. Fluency in English and a relevant degree are essential, with 4+ years of public affairs experience.
