Property Operations Leader — Leasing, Budgets & Team Growth

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for Heritage Apartments in Hillsborough, NC. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead the property team, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent vendor, owner, and tenant relations are essential to success in this position.
