Strategic Leasing Manager: Drive Occupancy & Revenue

Greystar in Nouvelle-Caledonie is seeking an experienced Marketing and Leasing leader to drive revenue and occupancy for the community. You will direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities, oversee the leasing team, and implement pricing and concessions strategies to maximize traffic and leases.

You will develop print and online campaigns, use property management software to generate reports, collaborate with maintenance to ensure appealing, safe units, and supervise staff to achieve
