Project & Operations Coordinator
Bonjout Beauty is a French skincare brand in hyper-growth, selling across the US with international expansion ahead. Behind the formulas and the campaigns, there's an operational engine that makes all of it possible. That engine needs a right hand.
We're a small team moving fast. This is a cross-functional role — not just supply chain. You'll work side by side with our Head of Ops. Some days you're chasing a shipment from Taiwan. Other days you're reconciling invoices, setting up a new vendor, or building the tracker that keeps the whole team aligned. It's fast, varied, and no two weeks look the same.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Supply chain. Place and track Purchase Orders from creation to delivery. Build demand forecasts based on sales data and volume trends. Coordinate shipments across French manufacturers, Taiwanese suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs — all the way to our US warehouses. Monitor product changes impacting supply: SKU updates, packaging changes, reference transitions. Handle the unexpected: port delays, customs holds, supplier slippage. Find the fix.
Tracking and execution. Keep supply chain tracking reliable and up to date. Maintain full visibility on open orders, shipments, in‑transit stock, and blockers. Make trade‑offs between cost, lead time, and reliability — and own the call.
Everything in between. Vendor onboarding, process documentation, tool improvements. You're an operational glue. We build internal tools and we're always open to better ways of doing things.
ABOUT YOU
You have 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or international shipping. You're comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — you don't wait to be told what to do. You're a spreadsheet power user. Fluent in French and English. Based in Paris or ready to be. This role is on‑site — because the best operational partnerships are built in person.
You're genuinely curious about tools: automation, AI, smarter workflows. If you spot a broken process, you fix it before anyone asks.
THIS IS NOT PROBABLY FOR YOU IF...
You need a well-defined scope and stable processes to feel productive. You're looking for a large team structure with clear escalation paths. You prefer coordination over hands‑on execution.
