Factors solution)**with proven experience in project management.

We provide you with an opportunity to take **ARAGO Consulting** to a rapid scale by executing game-changing growth strategies.****Based in France**Your missions**In your role as Project Manager, you will guide customers through Successfactors software solution. You’ll also be in charge of the actions bellow: * Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Success

Factors in client organisations

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Deploy project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage project admin and financial components (budget, margin and expenses)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
• Monitor project progress and performance, and report on project status to stakeholders
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with project standards and methodologies
• Manage change with strategies that build buy-in and mitigate risks
• Identify opportunities to position other service offerings
• Provide status reports and keep team apprised of overall project status**Your profile**
• Bachelor’s degree in software sciences, Management, Human Resources or related field. Experience in project management is necessary (minimum 5 years).
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, Power

Point) are required.

• Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding strategies and regulations.
• An experience with one or more of the following HR technology vendors: Oracle, HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, Success Factors is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing project teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
