Project Manager Professional Services (Field role)

As a Project Manager in the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team at Becton, Dickinson & Co. (BD), you will lead agile project management for multiple software and hardware solutions across hospital settings. You will coordinate with stakeholders, create project plans, manage resources, deliver projects on time, and report progress to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Active/Agile project management for multiple software/hardware solutions in hospitals.
• Develop project plans, including national and international customer requirements.
• Ensure smooth and on‑time implementation to meet revenue commitments.
• Control project budgets and report forecasts to BD management.
• Act as point of contact for customers and a vital interface between BD and customer collaborators.
• Coordinate and lead internal alignment meetings and onsite appointments at customer sites.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support pre‑sales activities.
• Maintain clear communication between all relevant parties across multiple concurrent projects.
