Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Experience : 6+ years in project management

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery , defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans , outlining timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and key deliverables to track project progress effectively.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget execution of digital transformation projects, balancing scope, cost, and quality while mitigating risks that could impact project success.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data scientists, to align business and technical objectives and drive collaboration.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans , proactively identifying bottlenecks, dependencies, and potential issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead stakeholder communication and reporting , providing regular updates, executive briefings, and performance dashboards to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure agile and iterative project execution , leveraging Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies to foster adaptability, rapid development cycles, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize project workflows and governance , ensuring that project management best practices, frameworks, and documentation (such as RACI charts, RAID logs, and sprint retrospectives) are effectively implemented.
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder buy-in , ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and business processes with minimal disruption.
• Drive post-project analysis and continuous improvement , conducting lessons learned sessions and performance reviews to enhance future project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies .
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
