  • Oversee procurement and supplier contracts, driving performance and cost efficiency.
  • Chair project milestone reviews, progress meetings, and debriefs, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Support spacecraft design, development, integration, and testing (MAIT), maintaining compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with launch providers and ensure readiness for successful deployment.
  • Monitor in-orbit commissioning and performance, applying lessons learned to future missions.
  • Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, and management teams using visual project tools and strong leadership practices.

About You

  • Degree (BSc/MSc) in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
  • 7+ years’ experience managing complex, multidisciplinary space or satellite projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of spacecraft systems, MAIT processes, launch campaigns, and in-orbit operations.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-value projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of uniting international teams.
  • Fluent in English (French proficiency highly advantageous).
  • Familiarity with ECSS standards and space project methodologies.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

What’s on Offer

  • The chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of in-orbit services.
  • An innovative, forward-thinking environment that values creativity and technical excellence.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
  • Based in Toulouse, with opportunities to collaborate internationally across missions in development and launch.
