Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, to lead an acquisition and business integration project in France with our client. This role is critical to ensure the successful planning, coordination and delivery of integration activities across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and business functions. You will bring strong experience in acquisition integration, senior level project leadership and delivery across matrix and multi-project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of acquisition integration projects in France
• Coordinate business integration activities across multiple functions, teams and project workstreams
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives, deadlines and risks are actively managed
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead geographically dispersed teams, including employees and external contractors, to deliver project milestones successfully
• Operate effectively within a matrix organisation, driving collaboration across cross functional teams
• Prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of execution
• Provide clear, regular communication and reporting
• Lead, motivate and inspire project teams, setting direction and driving successful project outcomes

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading complex projects in matrix and multi-project environments
• Strong experience in business integration and acquisition-related project delivery
• Experience in managing teams of internal and external contractors who are geographically dispersed
• Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Prince2 or PMP is preferred
• Excellent problem solving
