Business Project Manager

The Role

You will be responsible for leading a strategically important acquisition and integration programme, ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes across scope, schedule, and budget.

This role requires a confident and highly capable leader who thrives in a matrix, multi-project environment , and who can effectively manage both internal teams and external partners through periods of significant change.

You will act as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, operations, and external suppliers, ensuring alignment, governance, and delivery excellence throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a proven senior leader with:

• Fluency in both English and French (bilingual essential)
• Minimum 8+ years’ senior project management experience in complex, matrix and multi-project environments
• Proven experience delivering business projects, including company mergers, acquisitions, and business process integration initiatives
• Strong background in leading geographically dispersed teams , including contractors and third-party suppliers
• PMP® certification preferred (or PRINCE2 equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in large, matrix organisations
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), including executive-level engagement
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire teams, set direction, and drive successful delivery

The Ideal Candidate

You are a confident, delivery-focused senior project leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex transformation programmes and are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

Proximity to the client site (80km south of Paris) is strongly preferred to support effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
