Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordination Officer to support deliverable management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication within a major European‑level programme. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

What you will do:

• Management and coordination of project deliverables
• Participation in deliverables review meetings
• Verification of deliverables KPIs and LDUs
• Review of Monthly Service Reports
• Update and tracking of deliverables in ProjectPlace
• Ensure restricted access to internal review folders
• Organisation and scheduling of deliverable review meetings
• Ensure the completeness and correctness of deliverables information in the DTM
• Export of ProjectPlace WP3 Deliverables Board and import into Microsoft Lists
• Ensure project processes/procedures are respected (e.g., Communication Plan, DMP, FQP)
• Provide input to PgM/PM on deliverables status
• Preparation of meeting minutes
• SharePoint access management and access provision

What you need to be a great match:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project coordination, project governance, or deliverables management
• Excellent communication skills , with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong stakeholder‑management and collaboration abilities
• Proven experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder, or international project environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and with a structured approach

Workplace type:

The role is primarily fully onsite at Strasbourg, France
