Our location: Issoudun (36), between Bourges and Châteauroux, at the gates of the Loire Castles and Touraine (1h15 by car or train) and only 2h30 drive from Paris.
Your MISSION will consist of leading a multidisciplinary group of trades (design, industrialization, quality, purchasing, and supply chain) to achieve program objectives. The development of a program, depending on its complexity, spans between 6 and 24 months.
Your OBJECTIVE will be to be responsible for the program's performance and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
To do this, your DAILY life will focus on the following activities:
- Be the privileged interface with the client
- Guarantee the program's economic performance while ensuring proper contract application
- Pilot the program by successfully passing internal and client milestones
- Finally, manage risks and opportunities throughout the program
You will functionally lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, challenging, and international environment.

Some details
You will have the opportunity to discover a diversity of attractive products (multi-technological, strong cosmetic and functional aspects, with a significant impact on passenger experience) and to have privileged relationships with airlines and aircraft manufacturers.
As soon as the program phase allows and in consultation with your manager on the terms, recourse to more flexibility via teleworking is possible (according to the terms of our current agreement).
You will join a pleasant working environment: no metropolitan traffic jams, recent premises, electric car charging stations, active company life (sports associations, on-site events, etc.).

This position is for you if you have successful experience of at least 3-4 years in an aeronautical, automotive, or even railway environment.
You have an appetite for financial management.
Your ability to make decisions and take strategic directions will be necessary to achieve your objective.
You are recognized for your ability to unite teams around common goals and to deal with contingencies. Furthermore, you pay particular attention to client relationships in their construction and development.
Your oral communication skills and leadership will be key to the success of your mission.
Proficiency in English is essential (written and spoken) for daily exchanges with our international clients and partners.
