What we will achieve together:
As Sales Administration Team Leader within the Programs Directorate of the Systems and Equipment Division, you will play a key role in the transversal coordination of activities between the Programs, Commercial and Supply Chain departments, and will guarantee the accuracy of data and the good anticipation of customer needs.
Your main missions:
- Lead, animate and support a team based on two sites (Vélizy and Molsheim), in order to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the Sales Administration service, in a demanding and multi-site context.
- Supervise the management of series orders for civil and military aircraft manufacturers, and the management of spare parts orders for the military sector, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, deadlines and customer satisfaction.
- Act as SAP referent for the Sales Administration function, supporting the team in the daily use of the tool and relaying best practices to employees.
- Organize activity reporting: monthly monitoring of delivery performance, analysis of indicators, implementation and monitoring of corrective actions in collaboration with Program Managers and concerned departments; ensure regular communication of these results internally and externally.
- Manage series demand:
- Update, in coordination with internal stakeholders (Programs, Commercial, Supply Chain), demand forecasts by program over a 5-year horizon, based on customer data, internal Safran assumptions and commercial information.
- Actively participate in forecast validation meetings, and present consolidated demand data.
- Facilitate the communication of validated demand to the Supply Chain, thus ensuring the updating and reliability of data in SAP.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, ensuring the optimization of flows and the mastery of tools, in a permanent approach to customer satisfaction and operational performance.

This position is for you if:
- You have a BAC+5 diploma (business and/or engineering school), with a specialization in Supply Chain (planning) and a first successful professional experience in team management.
- You have a professional level of English, written and spoken
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors in a dynamic environment
- You have a sense of synthesis and know how to produce relevant reports
- You have great responsiveness and adaptability
- You have great rigor and a sense of customer service
- You are ready to join our Vélizy site
