Production Software Analyst

• Investigate incident tickets submitted by internal teams
• Reproduce issues and identify their root cause (functional, technical, data-related, etc.)
• Recommend application configuration adjustments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application by creating bug reports
• Detect and manage software incidents in production in real time
• Identify the cause of malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions with the technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
