Consultant, Java/JS – AI-Assisted Development

• Work on architecture modernization projects, greenfield product development, legacy refactoring, and consulting engagements
• Use AI assistants at every stage of the SDLC to accelerate delivery without compromising quality
• Maintain technical ownership of generated code and validate every increment through testing
• Experiment with, test, and industrialize the use of generative AI in the team's daily practices
• Deliver value regularly through a short feedback loop
• Configure and write prompting rules to ensure security, clean code, and architecture standards
• Conduct critical reviews and augmented code reviews
• Promote TDD and DDD practices, including domain workshops and bounded contexts
• Develop an application for reporting anomalies and analyzing field data
• Create AI agents to help resolve equipment failures
• Collaborate with mixed client/Zenika teams using Scrum or Kanban

Requirements

• Established experience across multiple technical and functional ecosystems
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, React, and Vitest
• Experience with AI-powered development assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, or Gemini
• Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DDD
• Strong command of the testing toolchain and the ability to validate generated code
• Ability to configure and write rules for AI assistants, including custom instructions and .cursorrules
• Rigorous practice of code review, TDD, and DDD
• Experience with, or an interest in, industrializing generative AI within technical teams
