Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily operation of applications in production and non-production environments
• Monitor application processes and data flows (notably CFT)
• Provide application Level 2 support (diagnosis, resolution, escalation)
• Analyze and resolve technical and application incidents in accordance with SLAs
• Perform service activation (MES) and production deployment (MEP) operations
• Participate in application deployments and migrations
• Administer and schedule jobs via the scheduler (Rundeck)
• Perform routine database operations (queries, restores, anonymization)
• Automate operational tasks (PowerShell scripts)
• Contribute to system monitoring and continuous improvement
• Write and maintain technical procedures and runbooks
• Contribute to evolution projects and DevOps initiatives

Requirements

• Proficiency with Windows environments (required)
• Experience in incident management and Level 2 support
• Proficiency with operational tools (scheduler, monitoring, etc.)
• Good understanding of application architectures
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting (PowerShell)
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
• French: Fluent
• English: Intermediate
