Production Activity Controller/Support Logistique H/F
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Production Activity controller (f/m) to join our Unité Logistique 2 FAL A321 department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing the modernization strategy and ramp‑up execution of the Single Aisle Final Assembly Line. As part of the Autonomous Production Team, you will be involved in front‑office logistics management and production activity control aiming at ensuring part availability at the point of use and securing aircraft deliveries on time.

Responsibilities
- Anticipate missing parts by interface with the Supply Chain through shopfloor IT tracking software.
- Schedule and release daily work orders based on weekly master production schedule decisions.
- Manage and mitigate secondary and parasitic material flows to protect core production tasks.
- Escalate operational issues to the production group and lead or support Practical Problem Solving (PPS) routines.
- Maintain full data alignment between the digital information systems and the physical shopfloor realities.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in industrial logistics or manufacturing operations.
- Substantive understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (push and pull flows) and shopfloor environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with industrial logistics ERP tracking tools (such as PGI, SAP, PEA, or ZP Cockpit).
- Strong capability to prioritise under pressure and coordinate with diverse cross‑functional shopfloor teams.
- Ability to work under a flexible shift pattern framework (2 * 8 shift work schedule).
