ATR- Production Activity Controller FAL

Position
We are looking for a FAL logistic support (shopfloor material controller) to join Xavier’s team of 20 collaborators.
Your Mission
- Anticipate and manage parts and equipment linked to production need date
- Manage refused parts in terms of document traceability, replenish new parts or cannibalisation in accordance with process
- Analyse and communicate to the production group the missing part with no compliance to the production schedule
- Analyse and manage logistics flow
- Participate in continuous improvement of the logistics flow
- Participate in the daily production meeting (TRAP/ROP, SQCDP, ...)
- Address any issues reported by the workstation material controllers
- Prioritize the allocation of parts and equipment in the event of a supplier crisis
- Manage the use and updating of activity data in the production group's tools (ACPnG, MES, etc.)
- Analyze and resolve bill of materials (BOM) anomalies
- Address logistical bottlenecks and coordinate their short‑ and long‑term resolution
- Train new employees
- Conduct regular activity reviews with the workstation material controllers
About You
- Knowledge in FAL logistics domain
- 10 years in Production Activity Controller
- Technical skills / knowledge
- Production tools (SAP PGI, SAP PEA, Acpng, MES, ...)
- Knowledge of FAL logistics process
- Soft skills
- Team spirit
- Communication with various interlocutors
- Autonomous and proactive
- Fluent in French (Italian is a plus)
