Product Owner – HR & CRMS (Freelancer)

This is a position only open to freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and the vision for the product from a business perspective;
• Translate the product vision into concrete services and tools, prioritising them collaboratively with stakeholders according to business value;
• Work collaboratively and in an agile manner inside the product and with business teams;
• Define the roadmap and objectives of the product in line with the company’s goals, and continuously measure performance and achievement;
• Write user stories, track task progress, and ensure team members have all necessary elements to meet product commitments on time, on quality, and on budget.

Qualifications

• BSc degree (ideally from Engineering or Business fields);
• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager;
• Experience in roadmap vision and planning;
• Experience managing the product backlog and prioritizing;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology;
• Ability to work across teams and locations;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Passion for technology with a strong focus on building products that deliver measurable customer value;
• Understanding of technical requirements and user design principles;
• Understanding of the appropriate level of testing;
• Knowledge of JIRA tool;
• Knowledge of HR domain;
• Knowledge of analytic tools and KPI monitoring;
• Experience integrating AI into processes and tools to unleash productivity.
