What You'll do
Key duties and responsibilities:
Lead the development and continuous improvement of a key digital product within Hilti's global e-commerce team.
Craft and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with strategic business goals.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement.
Write clear and actionable user stories to guide development teams.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
Align with stakeholders across functions to ensure shared understanding and timely delivery.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and internal data to inform product decisions and iterations.
Ensure seamless integration of new features into the global e-commerce architecture.
Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design and functionality.
