Product Operation

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the platform’s user growth framework, continuously improving conversion rates across key user journeys, including registration, KYC, deposits, and trading
• Develop user segmentation models and implement targeted strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments
• Plan and optimize user growth campaigns, incentive programs, and membership/rewards systems to increase user engagement and asset retention
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive growth initiatives from concept to execution
• Participate in localization efforts by developing growth strategies tailored to different markets and user segments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Data Operations, or related fields
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, with hands‑on experience in acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through data
• Familiar with growth methodologies such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion funnel optimization
• Strong logical thinking, execution capability, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Prior experience in FinTech, payments, digital banking, brokerage, or financial services is preferred
