About The Role
Novutech is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle of our E‑Invoicing solution, a NetSuite integration bundle serving customers across multiple European markets. The role involves ensuring product stability, managing a clear roadmap, coordinating releases, and implementing robust maintenance strategies as we scale this solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap for the E‑Invoicing bundle, balancing customer needs, regulatory compliance requirements, and technical debt.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand and compliance deadlines.
- Drive product maturity ensuring scalability, reliability, and consistent quality across all implementations.
- Identify opportunities for multi‑country expansion and new market entry (currently supporting Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Austria).
- Monitor competitive landscape and positioning against other SDN partners and e‑invoicing solutions.
- Product Development & Release Management
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for the E‑Invoicing bundle, from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage bundle releases including version control, testing protocols, deployment procedures, and rollback strategies.
- Define and document technical specifications, working closely with NetSuite developers.
- Ensure bundle stability and compatibility across different NetSuite environments.
- Coordinate with InvoPop on API updates, connector changes and compliance requirements.
- Establish quality assurance processes to prevent issues before they reach customers.
- Maintenance & Support Operations
- Design and implement maintenance frameworks for ongoing bundle updates, bug fixes and regulatory changes.
- Establish clear SLAs for different types of issues.
- Create customer communication protocols for monthly updates, quarterly health reports, and planned maintenance.
- Monitor product health through error rates, processing volumes and customer feedback.
- Build proactive alert systems to catch issues before they impact customers.
- Manage technical debt and plan for scalability improvements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementations and gather product feedback.
- Partner with sales to define scoping processes, pricing models and customer onboarding.
- Collaborate with customer success to track product adoption and drive value realization.
- Coordinate with compliance experts to stay ahead of regulatory changes across Europe.
- Manage relationships with external partners (InvoPop, NetSuite, regulatory bodies).
- Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain product documentation including technical specifications, user guides and training materials.
- Document bundle architecture and dependencies for knowledge transfer and troubleshooting.
- Build internal playbooks for common scenarios (scoping, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades).
- Establish best practices for bundle customization and extension.

Must‑have
- 3‑5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Direct experience with NetSuite SuiteApp or bundle development.
- Background working for an SDN partner or NetSuite consultancy.
- Proven track record managing technical product lifecycles including releases, versioning and ongoing maintenance.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite architecture including SuiteScript, SuiteBundler and customization framework.
- Knowledge of NetSuite tax engines (Legacy Tax and SuiteTax).
- Experience with API integrations and managing third‑party dependencies.
- Comfortable reading code and working closely with developers (SuiteScript, JavaScript).
- Strong prioritization skills balancing competing demands (features vs. stability vs. compliance).
- Release management expertise including change management, testing protocols and risk mitigation.
- Customer‑centric mindset with ability to translate technical complexity into business value.
- Data‑driven decision making using metrics to guide product strategy.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Project management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners.
- Experience managing bundle updates across multiple customer environments, addressing version compatibility and coordinating releases when customizations exist.
